A reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. ⛵ Half-Day, Full-Day & Sunset Charter • A 30% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the booking. • The remaining balance is payable no later than the day of the charter, prior to departure. ⚓ Multi-Day Charter • A 30% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the booking. • The remaining balance is payable no later than 30 days prior to arrival. LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS For bookings made within 72 hours prior to the scheduled charter, the reservation becomes valid upon receipt of the agreed payment amount. The remaining balance must be settled prior to departure. CANCELLATION POLICY Half-Day, Full-Day & Sunset Charter • Cancellation up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date – deposit refund. • Cancellation within 7 days – deposit is non-refundable. Multi-Day Charter • Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival – deposit refund. • Cancellation within 30 days – deposit is non-refundable. In case of unsafe weather conditions, the charter may be rescheduled to the next available date upon mutual agreement.
